What the readiness check does with your answers

Your region, property, roof and support-interest answers are processed only in your browser, purely to build a private on-screen result. None of it is uploaded, stored server-side or passed to an installer, and it disappears the moment you refresh or leave the page.

What the enquiry form collects

The form asks for a name, a postcode, one way to contact you, and an optional short message. Do not add payment details or other sensitive personal information. Using the website may also generate ordinary technical security logs through Cloudflare.

Why we use it, and your consent

Enquiry details are used to record, review and match the request with installers. You cannot submit the form without first ticking its consent box.

Where it is kept

Enquiries sit in the central MoreLeadz Cloudflare D1 database, reachable only through the protected operational dashboard. We do not use this data to build advertising audiences. The site uses Google Analytics 4 to track aggregated visitor usage, which sets a small number of analytics cookies; that usage data is kept separate from your enquiry details.

Who sees it

Submitting the form only adds your enquiry to MoreLeadz — it does not automatically forward your details to a specific installer. Whatever happens next is handled from the lead dashboard.

Correcting or deleting your enquiry

Ask the website operator to locate, correct or delete an enquiry via the complaints and corrections route, quoting the short reference you were given after submission. Formal operator identity and contact details will follow as part of the owner's separate compliance process.
